Since 2010, from Ankara, Arbek Teknoloji has been producing a technical answer to the operational and compliance problems the fuel sector runs into in the field. From that day on we have had a single focus: keeping running the infrastructure of businesses that lose revenue, licences and trust the moment their operation stops.
Today we manage, from a single centre, the VPN backbone covering 1,200 stations across five fuel distribution companies; alongside it we deliver fuel station automation, EPDK-compliant reporting, tank calibration, IP-based security camera systems and 24/7 alarm monitoring. Our sector authorisations, our field team and our long-standing customer relationships have moved us from supplier to operational stakeholder.

A message from the founder
When we started Arbek, we saw that the technology side of fuel and field operations was rarely looking for a supplier; it was looking for a stakeholder that would take responsibility. So from the moment we sign a contract, we designed a team and a process that watches the customer’s facility as if it were our own. That most of the businesses we serve have now been with us for more than a decade tells us, every day, that the approach was right. We will keep growing as a technology company that owns the technical side of the work and puts the customer’s operation first.
The red dot in our logo
In our monitoring centre in Ankara, a board glows day and night. Every system we install — a station’s tank, a site’s generator, a chain’s VPN line — becomes a living signal on that board. The red dot inside our a is the watch light on that board: it stays on while you sleep.
In Turkish, “to place the dot” is what you do when a job is finished for good. We place the dot at every delivery; but ours does not end the sentence, it starts the watch. At Arbek, work does not end with installation; it continues with monitoring.
