Wherever fuel leaves a tank for a pump, a generator or a machine, the same question applies: is every litre on the record? Arbex refreshes probe readings by the second to follow tank levels, triggers transfers, identifies deliveries and turns deviation into an alarm.
Where it goes in
- Fuel stations and tank farms: tank level telemetry, replenishment and loss tracking, and stock verification integrated with pump automation.
- Construction sites: fills to machines and generators are identified through RFID vehicle and equipment recognition; how many litres went to which machine is reported per machine, and fuel disappearing on site becomes visible.
- Exploration and drilling rigs: the bulk tank → day tank → generator flow is managed by automatic transfer, and consumption reaching a thousand litres an hour is followed in real time.
- Remote operations: where communications are poor it measures and records locally, then forwards to the centre once the link returns.
Loss stops being invisible
A rapid drop in level, unusual consumption at night, and the “source falling while the destination does not rise” kind of transfer loss are each a separate anomaly rule. Baseline learning works out the site’s own base consumption, so the alarm threshold tunes itself to the installation rather than to a generic default.
Records ready for audit
Tanker deliveries are recorded automatically with the delivery note number, plate, driver and volume; alarms, transfers and expected-against-actual verification are collected into a single PDF report. No separate preparation is needed for an inspection.
