2 Design and engineering The topology, VLAN plan, IP scheme and wireless layout are prepared and submitted for your approval.
3 Installation and commissioning Cabling, mounting and configuration proceed in planned steps that avoid disrupting day-to-day operations; every line is tested.
4 Testing and documentation Coverage measurements, line tests and access rules are verified; the network is handed over together with its port map and schematics.
5 24/7 monitoring and operations Devices are connected to our monitoring center; faults raise alarms to our team, and our field crews across Turkey intervene on site when needed.

Can you improve our existing network without replacing it entirely?

Yes. The site survey evaluates your current cabling and devices, and whatever is still serviceable is kept. What stays and what changes is spelled out clearly in the survey report.

Will the installation interrupt our operations?

Cutovers are prepared while the existing network keeps running wherever possible; steps that do require downtime are planned in advance and scheduled together with you. How much downtime is needed depends on the scope of the work.

What exactly does the monitoring service cover?

Device reachability, line utilization and basic health metrics are tracked 24/7 from our monitoring center, and our team is alerted on anomalies. Which devices are covered is decided together during installation.

How is pricing determined?

It depends on the number of outlets, device count, cabling distances and the monitoring scope; after the site survey you receive an itemized quote.
