Which regions do you serve?
We serve all of Türkiye; our installation and field teams reach every province. The monitoring center is in Ankara.
Can we migrate without replacing our current automation?
Yes. We map your current infrastructure during discovery and run a phased, zero-downtime migration plan.
What exactly does 24/7 monitoring cover?
VPN tunnels, network devices, cameras and alarm sensors are watched live in our monitoring center.
How does the quotation process work?

Which hardware brands do you work with?
On the network and security side we work with Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik and Teltonika; on the camera side, primarily with Hikvision and other enterprise product families. If your existing hardware is different, we assess it during the survey and in most cases integrate it rather than replace it.
Do you provide EPDK automation compliance?
Yes. Our station automation installations are configured around the data scope and flow required by EPDK board decision 10338, and any interruption in that data is followed by our monitoring centre.
How does your monitoring centre work?
Our centre in Ankara watches the systems we install around the clock. Alarms are first verified by cross-check; a verified event is then passed along your defined escalation chain by SMS and phone call, and where it cannot be resolved remotely, a field team is dispatched.
Will our systems stop during the migration?
An uninterrupted migration is the goal: the existing system stays in place while we move forward in stages, and critical steps are scheduled for low-traffic hours. The definitive migration plan is shared in writing after the site survey.
