This notice explains how Arbek Teknoloji processes your personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). It is an English translation provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data Controller
Arbek Teknoloji (Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye) acts as the data controller.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Conducting quotation and contract processes
- Customer relationship management
- Meeting legal obligations (EPDK, tax legislation and similar)
- Marketing and information activities (subject to your explicit consent)
- Website security and performance improvement
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities within the scope of our legal obligations, and to the business partners who support us in delivering our services, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected through web forms, e-mail, telephone and on-site visits. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest.
5. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object to a result reached against you through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
6. How to Apply
To exercise the rights above, you may submit a written application to [email protected]. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
