How we proceed

  1. 1 Site Survey and Needs Analysis Lighting conditions, blind spots, existing cabling and network infrastructure are examined on site; the critical points to cover are determined together with you.
  2. 2 Design and Retention Plan Camera placement, model requirements such as night vision/WDR, and NVR and disk sizing are engineered around your retention target.
  3. 3 Installation and Commissioning Cabling, mounting and network configuration are completed; each camera's field of view is verified on site, and recording and remote access tests are run.
  4. 4 KVKK Setup and Handover Notice signs are placed and access rights to recordings are defined; the system is handed over with a knowledge transfer to your team.
  5. 5 24/7 Operation After installation, our monitoring center tracks camera health and recording continuity 24/7; in case of failure, our field team across Turkey steps in.

Frequently Asked

We have an existing analog camera system; is a full replacement required?

Not always. Depending on the condition of the existing cabling and recorder, a phased conversion can be planned; which equipment can be kept becomes clear during the site survey.

How long can recordings be retained?

The retention period is set by legal requirements and your operational needs; disk capacity is sized to that target. The exact period is calculated once camera count and resolution are finalized.

How will we know if recording stops?

Our monitoring center tracks the recording flow 24/7 and raises an alarm when an interruption is detected. How you are notified and how intervention works is defined by the operations scope we agree on together.

What is our part on the KVKK side?

Marking recorded areas, the duty to inform, and restricting access to recordings are the core requirements; we configure the technical side of these during installation. Requirements specific to your business are addressed during the survey.
