Born in the field, matured in the field
FuelERP is not a generic package adapted to fuel; it was written inside the daily operation of a distribution company, against real orders, real tankers and real risk. Every role — from the regional team’s weekly visit report to the general manager’s single-screen decision dashboard — sees a screen narrowed to its own job.
The money line as one chain
An order does not become a shipment until it has passed a live risk gate. Open account balance, the cheque and promissory note portfolio and pending orders are gathered under a single limit; an approved order flows into the shipment wizard, from there into the waybill and the invoice, and finally into an automatic Logo accounting entry. Keying the same record in twice comes to an end.
A living product
The platform widens every month — from automation that follows EPDK licence movements to a matching engine that learns from incoming e-invoices. A safety net of 337 automated tests means every installation runs the same core.
