3 Testing and Scenario Verification A test signal is generated from every zone; the camera verification flow and the SMS + call chain are tested end to end.
4 Go-Live on 24/7 Monitoring The site goes into live monitoring; signals are answered by an operator, verified and escalated according to the defined chain.

Do I need to replace my existing alarm panel?

In most cases no; common panels and communication protocols can be connected to the center. Your panel's model and communication option are clarified during the survey; if needed, only a communication module is added.

Who gets called when an alarm is confirmed, and in what order?

The order follows your own definition entirely: the contact list, call order and SMS preferences are set together during commissioning and can be updated later.

How are false alarms filtered out?

The signal is evaluated together with on-site camera footage and the signal's type and repetition; when it cannot be verified, the operator applies the defined check steps. At sites without cameras, filtering is limited; the scope is clarified during the survey.

Can locations outside Ankara be monitored as well?

The monitoring center is in Ankara, but since the connection is established over communication links there is no location constraint; installation and fault response are planned with our field teams across Turkey.
