We build corporate websites end to end — design, development and hosting from one team — and take on maintenance and content updates after launch. Where a standard site falls short, we develop custom software; FuelERP and FuelWeb for distribution companies and our monitoring product ArbekWatch are the productised results of that same approach. SEO fundamentals, KVKK-compliant forms and a multilingual structure are built in from the start, not written onto a list of things to do later.
The corporate website
A corporate site is the company’s digital front desk: the customer looking for a quote, the candidate applying for a job and the organisation assessing you for the first time all look there first. So we start with content architecture. Which page answers which question, and what the visitor does at each step — we do not move to design until that is settled.
- Content architecture and page plan
- An interface designed for the brand; we do not build on an off-the-shelf theme
- Mobile-first, accessible front-end code
- An admin panel your own team uses to keep content current
- Multilingual structure (Turkish and English, more where needed)
Custom software
Where an off-the-shelf product does not fit the process, we write the software. Our own products came out of exactly that work: FuelERP for fuel distribution companies, FuelWeb for dealer and station sites, ArbekWatch for field monitoring and Arbex for rig operations. We operate the software we write, in the field — which is why we do not hand over a solution with no maintenance behind it.
- Process analysis and scoping
- Integration with existing systems: automation, accounting, ERP
- Role and permission design, with an audit trail
- Phased rollout; the old system runs in parallel until it is switched off
After launch
A site is not finished when it goes live. We take on hosting, backup, updates and content support, so the quiet risks — a missed security update, a backup that never actually restored — do not stay with you.
- Hosting and domain management
- Regular backups, with restores rehearsed rather than assumed
- Software and component updates
- Content entry and editing support
- Analytics setup and periodic reporting
Built in from the start
- SEO fundamentals: a meaningful URL structure, title and description scheme, sitemap and structured data.
- KVKK compliance: the privacy notice, cookie consent, and documentation of where form data is held.
- Performance: image optimisation, caching, and no scripts that do not earn their place.
- Accessibility: keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, and a structure that makes sense to a screen reader.
The outcome
- A site your own team can update, that does not depend on us to change a sentence
- A front end that can be found in search and opens quickly on a phone
- Forms and cookie handling that meet the legal requirements
- An infrastructure that does not need rewriting as you grow
